Hi, I'm Lea! I'm an educator and curriculum designer whose work has taken me from the classroom to Silicon Valley EdTech. I've always loved helping people build skills, strengthen confidence, and apply what they've learned in meaningful ways. Today, I'm bringing that experience to projects of my own, including Koality Learning and workbooks for educators.
My Experience
I began my career as a middle school STEM teacher, where my classroom experiences still shape how I approach curriculum design and how I use technology to support learning. From there, I moved into STEM education startups and K–12 EdTech, where I designed courses, led curriculum initiatives, and created learning experiences used by students and educators around the world.

While working with a Silicon Valley EdTech company, I developed K–12 learning experiences and instructional resources through partnerships with NASA, Microsoft, Apple, LEGO, Minecraft Education, Mattel's Barbie, BBC Learning, and the Scripps National Spelling Bee.

From publishing my first workbook for educators to launching Koality Learning, my own online tutoring and STEM enrichment studio, I'm bringing years of curriculum design experience into projects that reflect what I love most about learning: curiosity, creativity, and helping people grow.

I believe the effectiveness of any learning experience is a direct reflection of the heart, mind, and intentionality driving it. The best learning experiences do more than share information—they prioritize the learner first. They are built around ethics, compassion, and joy.
Curiosity matters.
Give people room to explore, experiment, question, and discover something unexpected.
People come first.
Learning should feel accessible and empowering, and technology should always serve the learner.
Learning should be personalized.
Useful ideas become meaningful when people can apply them confidently in real life.
